ONE, YOU DON"T NEEEEEED TO TALK LIKE THIS ABOUT WEATHER THAT YOU WANT!!!!!!!! There has been several threads with talk about weather. Find one, or start one.

Two, what is this thread for? Seriously. It is a single oppinion by you posing no question to other members of the forum community, and it really doesn't pose a good discussion thread.

Three, your oppinion does not make it true. Creating it on multiple platforms makes it hard, because there is a ton of diffrent tweaks that they would make. It is very common for one platform to have extras before others do.

Guys, stop having a go at the OP for no reason; sure, the 'rain' subject has be brought up a lot, but the OP actually brought up a valid point.

On topic, I see where you're coming from, man. I've got a 360 and PS3 (and soon I'll be getting a high quality gaming PC -- finally, haha, I was meant to be getting one in November last year) so I can't really complain but I only had a PS3 when Fallout 3 came out, and despite it still being a great game, I felt it incredibly unfair that I had to play a inferior version of the game.

If the devs can't get Vegas to run equally smooth on both consoles, then I'd rather they extend the release date -- better than being annoyed when it first comes out and then having to wait for patches (which might not even happen).

I doubt it was Bethesda's intention that Fallout 3 run poorly on the PS3, it was probably the result of poor programming, which could have resulted from a number of things, maybe they favored the Xbox 360 version, and put more effort into it, but it could also be that they're better at working with the Xbox 360 or something like that, or maybe they first developed the game using PC or Xbox 360 code and in the proccess of porting it to the PS3 some problems arouse, it's not like all consoles work exactly the same way, and porting a game to different consoles is just a matter of copying it onto a different platform, now the Xbox 360 version getting the DLC first is probably just Bethesda trying to appease Microsoft, and I wouldn't be surprised if it happens again.

Microsoft pays a lot of money to get the DLC on the 360 before Sony does.

This, it's called a 'timed exclusive' and it's something Microsoft are notorious for, they pay a LOT of money to delay the release of DLC on other consoles (read: the PS3).

As for other issues, it's likely due to the fact it was coded for the xbox then transferred to the PS3, that's because the xbox has not changed much, it's highly similar to the original xbox and so coders know what they're doing, the PS3 however is pretty uncharted, or at least was when F3 was released.

I doubt there will be the same problem, though the DLC may still be an issue if MS want it to be. They're more used to coding with the PS3 now, in fact apparently they prefer it to the xbox...

Basically, don't worry. PC is still better than both :P

Well, we have a thread already for New Vegas ideas and suggestions, and a conversation about past issues with PS3 versions doesn't seem that useful, so I am going to lock this thread.
