Hello all, I have been an avid fan of both Fallout 3 and NV. However, there were so many glitches with NV in the Xbox360 version that I simply gave up. I just got sick of the freezing and other problems with the game. Needless to say, I sold my copy of NV and lost interest.

Well, that has been over 1 year ago and I was wondering if things have changed with the game since a year ago. Is the game more stable? Are there still problems that have not been fixed? I would love to come back to play the game but don't want to waste my time on the same old problems. Please give me honest feedback about the stability of NV. Thanks again.

Well, a lot of patches has been made since it came out.
So I dunno, maybe?

Some people's copies were bugged up the ass while others worked fairly smooth.
So it might have been your console, or it could have been the disc, or it could have been what's "on" your console.
Or it could have been what patch you used.

All you can do, is try it for yourself, cause there are a lot of variations as to how (un)stable the game is.

Rent it first or buy a used copy at gamestop and if you don't like it or its too buggy just return it.

I wait with baited breath.

There was a huge patch last June that fixed a lot of problems (most notably stability issues around populated areas), so your game will probably be more stable than it was a year ago. Although what G77D said is also true: it just depends on your disc, your console, and what's on your console.
