Before you ask, no I didn't do the Tenpenny Tower quest in favor of the ghouls. I know they're suppose to disappear shortly after you let the ghouls in, but I killed the ghouls so the residents would be safe.

However I think I'm experiencing a weird glitch, and this isn't the first time. Most of the nameless Tenpenny Tower residents have vanished. The two in the dirty pre-war businesswear who eat outside, and the 4 in the pre-war spring and parkstroller outfits who browse the shops. The only ones left are the two in the pre-war casualwear who walk around the stairs and the two in the pre-war relaxinwear in the Tenpenny Tower Suites.

Does anyone know what causes this glitch? And if there is a way to fix it?
