Quick question about Morrowind

Post » Tue Dec 29, 2009 6:08 pm

Hey everyone. I've mostly been hanging out in the Skyrim area of this forum, but i would like to replay the TES series completely, considering I've only played oblivion.

I've played arena, and I am going to download Daggerfall at some point.

My question is, does anyone know where i could find a PC copy of the 3rd game in this series, Morrowind? I have no clue where i would look, and I'm not even sure if they still have it for sale.

Sorry if this has been posted before, and sorry it's kind of a small question, I'm just now getting out of class so I'm in a hurry.

Thanks!

If you plan on playing Morrowind with mods be sure to purchase the GOTY edition because most of the mods require you also own the Tribunal and Bloodmoon expansions. Buying the GOTY will buy you Morrowind plus the 2 expansions.

As far as your purchasing options:

1. Purchase/download Morrowind digitally
Steam
Impulse

2. Purchase Morrowind discs
Ebay
Amazon

3. Purchase Morrowind locally
Craigslist
Half Price Books

Thanks for the tip, i'll look for GOTY edition on amazon and hopefully find something. What would a good price be for the game?

You will end up spending around $20 for the game on Amazon. You will get a better buy it now deal on ebay if you like higher risk.

Bestbuy still stocks the GOTY version. I would avoid steam as it doesn't include the CS (IIRC).

No it doesn't, and there is no strictly legal way of getting it either. I use the Steam version but I have the CS from my old CD edition.

http://www.amazon.com/Elder-Scrolls-III-Morrowind-DVD-Rom-Pc/dp/B000J39B1C/ref=sr_1_3?s=videogames&ie=UTF8&qid=1305642029&sr=1-3 has some used copies for as little as $8 US, plus shipping. Not bad, and as it's Amazon, there's a guarantee involved.
