It only talks about fallout I wanna know about the other countries and what happened to them I want some crazy scientist to see a airplane and shoot himself but record what he saw.

Yup. There was war everywhere. All the wars are known as the "resource wars." China Vs US was a resource war. All of the European nations were at war with each other. War just about everywhere you looked so, yes, the entire world went poof.

It feels like all hope has run dry... Looks like the only hope thats left is the G.E.C.K, but theres only a couple left... Hope in one of the fallouts maybe 5 they restore the world to what it was or at least where they are at and don't you think people will migrate to Capital Wasteland thanks to the purifier so many possibilities. Fallout world is kinda sad seems like hope is decades away....

Anyways, the whole point of a post-apocalyptic game is to show very little hope. If not, it really destroys the atmosphere of the game.

when did the great war happen....maybe all the other countries were in the conflict with world war 2 still...

or maybe china said the country is now under water and is under quarantine so no one is aloud to go near it...

also hundreds of nuclear bombs would probably put us in the ice age so i don't know how everyone survived
