Hey everybody! I was wondering if any of you know if there is an explanation for the seemingly random accents human and Elven (to a lesser extent, maybe) NPCs have, particularly in Skyrim (due to more voice actors). It seems that there is no logical reason why some people have British accents, while other have American ones. It's not like all the ones with British accents come from Province A, and the American ones from B.

Also, what the hell is up with everybody having the same avatars? I haven't been on the forums since Skyrim's launch to avoid spoilers, so don't know what's going on.
