do sneak attacks add the crit damage then multiply it by the sneak bonus (i think 3?) or how does that work and

how does the pickpocket chance work? weight and price but i remember having a 100 sneak and still i couldnt pickpocket a lot of things. i know weight and price have an effect on it but how much?

and any other sneaking tips?
