hi all.

I began my outside adventures yet again, outside of the sewer entrance. another new game and lets see now if the guards arrest me for stealing something yet again!!

this has been a Pain for me now for about five game starts!! i tried removing the economy mod, probably forgetting a edit in the ini. now maybe....but low and behold *AGAIN* the guards arrest me!

aha!

that guy on the docks! he is there every game start and i cannot recall what mod puts him there, something about "nehi island" or a castle.
anyways...he always attacks me and then i have to kill him; this time i noticed a pop-up saying that "your action was Noticed"!

then to the guards and they arrest me again!!

good thing i have a save from inside of the sewer and this time out i did not get near this guy.

coc to weye and lo and behold the guards were very very polite to me!!

if i kill him even as he attacks me the guards have me on their List!!

stay far away or else risk having this happen to you: maybe there is a way to encounter him and get the key and map without having the steal/kill npc Flag come up!!
