Saw that.I know where it is I just don't know how to get there.I'm reeally bad with underground travel.I went to tepid sewers.Do I need to go in and is that even the right place?I have the guide and I'm still lost.

Yes, that will lead to the Georgetown West Metro and you can then get into the main Georgetown area.

Just so you know, there are a few entrances into Georgetown from the Metro Tunnels. If you see a Foggy Bottom sign you are close to where you need to be, just go South from there.

And if you have never been there, take some ammo with you. Lots of things to play with in that area if you have not cleared it out.
