Oh I know. I was just saying if it DID exist in a book, why not quote the book instead of Arctus?

If the book contains a quote by Zurin Arctus, you'd be quoting him. But I'm fairly certain that it isn't in a book.

If no book, or not written, then why did he say it, and who did he say it to?

Notice how the quote is continually used to justify an aspect of Nirn that hovers around both sides of the Fourth Wall? The gameplay aspects, the character dragon breaks, the Chim you supposedly have, all that crap?

The quote isn't anchored very firmly to Nirn at all.

Are you suggesting that only the Moth priests remember it, because it got Jilled when Zurn Arctus/Underking/wolfhearth/tiber septim/[numinit!] got involved with the Numidium, and the Jills had a panic attack in the west? ;)

On-topic, the Morrowind intro did basically say that Zurin is the Underking.

No. It has a quote attributed to Zurin Arctus | The Under King.

Why is it that the Numidium must have to hunt down and execute all these nobles?

I was under the impression that they were just Dragon Break'ed out.

Makes much more sense. Its not feasible to hunt down all those nobles with assassins. But its also unfeasible to hunt them down by any other means at all. Really. As far as I see it.

If that was the case, then I doubt the Underking would have been able to destroy it.
