I tried looking for a bit but can't seem to find the right mod for what I want.

Is there a mod that makes the leveling similar to Skyrim, insofar that all your skill increases contribute to your level up? Not the Perks and lack of attributes thing.

Also is there a mod that just makes it so the leveling up does not require a grind for the +5's to your attributes? I could use console commands to surpass this but I would prefer a more organic permanent approach if it is out there.

Basically,
-All skills contribute to a level up.
-Every level gives you +5 to 3 attributes of your choosing.
