The BoS has fallen, engulfed by the force of the Black Skull Merc's, and are now split up with only a small amount of soldiers left. Due to this, the BSM (Black Skull Merc's) own many of the technology the BoS owned and are slowly gaining power over the CBM (Crimson Blood Merc's.). Although... unknown to the BSM's, the CBM have taken over the Enclave Base of Raven Rock and gained their techonology aswell.

Achievement's: Became the leader of CBM after rising through the ranks and overpowering his father. Since then he has been able to take control of most of the Capital Wasteland, and The Pitt.
Biography: Pat grew up most of his life killing people, his father and mother were merc's and he was but an only child. They taught him how to survive in combat and in the wild.
At a young age of 6 he was being taught how to use a gun. Once he was 15, he properly joined the CBM and rose through the ranks killing either members of the BSM or on routine raids of small towns. Eventually he rose through the ranks to General and then overpowered his father who became old and weary.
But the CBM has fallen on good and bad times, first they found Raven Rock which lay deserted by the Enclave troops and filled with high tech equipment. But then the BSM took over the Citadel and continued raids on the CBM territory.

Achievement's: saved countless lives on the battlefield...and also taken many.
Biography: Ryan was born in Oklahoma. His parents decided to make the trek to the D.C. ruins when he was about fourteen or fifteen.
However, when Ryan's father died of radiation poisening, Ryan decided to learn as much as he could about the medical field and try and save as many people as he could, so no one else would have to go through the experience of losing a loved one.
Several years later, the two merc factions were starting to get a little disgruntled. On one such day, Ryan's mother and only brother was ruthlessly killed by the BSM. Ryan escaped with his life, but not before the mercs got of a lucky shot, tearing Ryan's left ring finger from his hand.
Ryan hunted down the CBM and enlisted immedieately, bloodthirsty for BSM blood. When he finally got it,...it was not as satisfying as he had expected...

Red bandana tied over forehead, aviators, wasteland doctor fatigues, a strip of cloth on his left bicep with a red cross on it. Hunting rifle, long knife, med-x X5. stim packs X3 bandages.

He recently took power armor training from a brush in with the remnants of the BoS (Charles is a sweet-talker), and has taken Brotherhood Power Armor from a remaining member of Lyon's Pride (through force). Charles is one of the top wanted people on the BoS wanted list, and is constantly on the run. Through sweet-talk and the occasional "accident" where superior CBM individuals die, he has become a Lieutenant in the CBM.
Equipment: Lyon's Pride Helmet and Armor (Custom painted to look like the outcasts). Laser Rifle, 10mm Pistol, Combat Knife, 7 Frag Grenades, 60 10mm rounds, 100 Microfusion Cells.
