Zalphon suited up in his power armor, grabbed a laser rifle, and exitted the safety of the citadel. He walked in the wastes to Megaton, he had been there before, when he was a boy. Zalphon turned his head and seen a mole rat, he took a shot that missed and felt the mole rat hit his torso. He shot again and the mole rat turned to ash. He took off his helmet, grabbed a cigarette and started smoking, he thought "I hate those little, ugly, over-grown, rats." He looked around the wastes, the heat was blazing, and he wiped the sweat off his forehead. He tossed the cigarette end away, put on the helmet, and continued walking. The day turned to night, and Zalphon made a small camp in a place called Wilheim's Wharf. He awoke at 7:52 AM, the sun had risen, and he had to make haste. He got up quickly, smoked a cigarette, and started walking. Before he made it three steps, mirelurks were charging at him, he fired his weapon as fast as he could at the faces of them, there were three, one fell down dead, the other two were wounded. Zalphon was knocked down by the Mirelurk's charge, but then while down shot it in the face knocking it dead and threw a fragmentation grenade at the other. Zalphon used his knife to cut the meat off of them, and put it in his backpack, and started walking.
After six hours, he seen a protectron, he walked up and heard it saying "The bomb is perfectly safe, we promise." Zalphon grinned and came into the town of Megaton. When he got in he seen Lucas Simms who said to him "Another Brotherhood of Steel, you guys are getting to be pretty common" Zalphon sighed and said "When you kill super mutants for a living, we do need a lot of supplies." He went to the Brass Lantern and used the thousand caps the Elder gave him to buy food and stimpacks, and left. He went to the Super-Duper Mart, and entered... Bang! Boom! Hunting rifles fired, grenades went off, the raiders weren't happy about him being here. Zalphon threw a fragmentation grenade and ranned from it. He then started shooting his laser rifle, the raider in sadist armor turned to ash, the other six were fine, he tried to keep shooting but he lacked microfusion cells, so he threw his laser rifle down and summersalted to the dead raid, and grabbed the hunting rifle and the ammunition. Bang, a raider fell, but he felt pain in his arm, and looked at his left arm, it was broken, but he couldn't stop! Bang, another raider died! Finally the leader of the raiders came out with a half-naked raider, the leader of the raiders shouted "Thats it, you've really annoyed me, brother of steel!" The leader of the raiders pulled out a laser rifle...Bang...the leader of the raiders fell, Zalphon grabbed his laser rifle, and jumped onto the bookshelf and ran to the dead raid leader, and took the microfusion cell, and started shooting. The raiders were dead, and the key to the food stores and to the pharmacy was his. He took the stimpacks, the chems, and the food, and left. He went to Doc Church, and got his arm fixed, and healing.
Fifteen Hours Later...
Zalphon came into the Citadel, his helmet was broken, his power armor was severely damaged, and he had a burn mark on his head and he said to Elder Lyon's "Here is the food...and some stimpacks..." Elder Lyons responded "Excellent work, Zalphon, I am impressed, you enjoy some rest..." Zalphon replied "I will"
Twelve hours after the previous installment...
Zalphon looked at Sarah Lyon's a young, squire, who said to him "Sir, can I get you anything?", Zalphon replied "I will be fine, Squire Lyons." He got up and went to Elder Lyons and said "Sir, what is my new job..." Elder Lyons paced around the lab and Zalphon followed and then asked "Sir, what is wrong?" Elder Lyons replied "Im not sure you are ready for this, but I am sending you, Kyle, and Sheila, to a super mutant base, called Jefferson Memorial, you soldiers are to kill every super mutant there." Zalphon nodded...

Kyle came with a flamer and said "Lets make some ugly steaks." Sheila sighed and said "Your jokes aren't that funny, Kyle, now lets go..." They walked to the purifier, in the blazing hot sun, in metal suits of armor, carrying weapons varying in weight.
They seen a ramp, and at the top of it was a super mutant with a super sledge. It charged at Zalphon and hit him on the head, everything went black. He heard Sheila's voice "Kill thi---" and then Kyle's screams of agony. Zalphon woke up, in Vault 87 in a room next to a super mutant named Fawkes. Zalphon lied to Fawkes "Hey if you get me out, I will help you out." Fawkes using the working terminal in his room hacked into Zalphon's door terminal and opened the door, Zalphon grabbed his laser rifle and shot the super mutants, and said to Fawkes "See you in Hell, super mutant!" Zalphon kept going and shooting down the super mutants, he made it out of Vault 87, but to make matters worse, an Enclave Vertibird landed. Zalphon dropped his laser rifle and put his hands up and said "Captain Autumn, so nice to see you..." Captain Autumn replied "So nice to see you as well, Zalphon..." The Sentrybots came off and guarded Zalphon while the enclave soldiers restrained him. He was taken on the vertibird to Raven Rock.
He was taken to a cell, and thrown in. His armor was in several nearby lockers. Zalphon pushed a small button and the cell went off, he grinned, took his power armor, and got in it. He snuck secretly past the protectron security, he made it out, and stole a vertibird, the enclave shot their weapons but he managed to maneuver the vertibird out of their blasts. Zalphon arrived at the Citadel and said to Elder Lyons "The super mutant we fought...it was almost as strong as a behemoth...Sheila was killed, from what I think I heard, and if I am correct, they ripped Kyle's arms off so he is most likely dead..." Elder Lyons nodded and said "You did well, Zalphon...rest up..."

One-hundred twenty hours after the previous installment...
Zalphon sat in bed thinking about the nightmare he just had, he was drenched in sweat, he dreamt about if they hadn't of taken him prisoner, what if they would've got him...He went over his sink and got a glass of water and went back to bed. In the morning, Elder Lyons came and said to him "Today, I need you to train some initiates, Paladin Gunny is ill with Critical Radiation Sickness, due to those centaurs he fought, today they training with laser weapons for the first time..." Zalphon nodded and asked "Where are we going to hunt?" Elder Lyons responded "Here, these initiates aren't ready to hunt super mutants, or even mole rats..." Zalphon nodded and saluted...
Zalphon went to the Bailey and seen the initiates strapped in power armor with laser rifles leaning against their shoulders... Zalphon said to them "Today, we practice laser weapons, I hope your ready, also...if you shoot another person with these weapons, disciplinary action will be taken..." A brother of steel came running through the doors and he shouted "Its an assault, on the citadel, hundreds of them!"
Zalphon barked to the initiates "Get in high areas, try to snipe the uglies, initiates!" Zalphon got into the barracks for initiates and took aim for when the super mutants burst through the door. BOOM! The doors came flying and hit the walls. The super mutants came charging, a few in metal armor, a few had aviator hats, and one was like the one with the super sledge... Zalphon shouted "START SHOOTING INITIATES!!!" Lasers were flying everywhere, the ones in metal armor were wounded, the ones in aviator hats were barely touched, and the big one was fine. They charged and shot...initiates fell to their death by being shot in the leg and falling into the pit of super mutants.
An hour passed and the battle was still going, most of the initiates were dead, but...Zalphon stopped shooting for a minute, and grabbed the fatman and shot a mini-nuke... The super mutants crumbled... The surviving initiates cheered and shouted "Thank You, Sir Zalphon!" Zalphon replied "Why do you call me, Sir Zalphon, knights?" The newly-made knights thanked him and went to their quarters.
Zalphon went to Elder Lyons and said "The initiates are now knights, they survived the assault...I need a break..." Elder Lyons responded "You will definitely have a break, you've earned it..."

Twenty-four hours after the previous installment...
Zalphon left the knights' quarters and went to Elder Lyons who said to him "Zalphon, there is a spy amongst our ranks...I want you to find out who..." Zalphon replied "I will, what methods of interrogation do you want me to use?" Elder Lyons shook his head and said "The spy can't know you are looking for him/her...you must find him/her secretly, and once you do, turn him/her in to me..." Zalphon nodded and said "Yes, Sir."
Zalphon left the lab and went to the bailey and whispered to Paladin Gunny "Watch these initiates, Elder Lyons suspects a spy." Paladin Gunny nodded. Zalphon watched the Bailey for many hours, and he seen the newly promoted knights walk in. One of them took their helmet off and she said "That ugly, was rather vicious..." The others both agreed. They went to the knight's quarters for some rest, after all it was dark. Zalphon followed them and seen them sleep. He then left and went to his quarters waiting...
The woman came in with a knife...Zalphon put her in the sleeperhold and brought her corpse to the Lyons den, however, at the Lyon's Den stood 3 brotherhood of steel paladins who took off their helms and said "Put down Agent DA-03X, before we kill you..." Zalphon summersalted into a nearby room and started shooting use the wall as cover...two shots were direct head shots killing them. Zalphon had his gun destroyed in his hand, crippling his arm. The enclave soldier kept shooting, but Zalphon knocked the gun out of his hand with a kick. Zalphon then punched the soldier in the face with his power fist. The Power Helmet cracked and the enclave soldier started hitting him with a deathclaw gauntlet. Zalphon felt the agony of it burning his flesh, not literally, but metaphorically, Zalphon then managed to punch the Enclave soldier in the neck snapping it.
Zalphon grabbed the unconsious spy and threw her in the Lyon's Den, and said, breathing hard "Here..." Elder Lyons said quickly "Thank you, take some rest, Zalphon..." Zalphon nodded...
Fourty-eight hours after the previous installment...
Zalphon puked up some blood in his sink, he looked at himself in the mirror and thought "The poison on the deathclaw gauntlet, it hurts..." Zalphon looked at Elder Lyons who was standing in the doorway and he said to him "Sir, I am...ill..." Elder Lyons said to Zalphon "Bad news, Paladin...we need you to stay here, as a target..." Zalphon nodded "Yes Sir."
Zalphon went to the messhall and ate mole rat meat, and drank a nuka-cola, he then went back to his quarters where he puked up more blood. He took off his helm and stared at his short black hair, and almost snow-white skin and thought "I might die..." He went to bed...
He awoke on a table, with Sawbones and his bloody saw...Zalphon looked at Sawbones and said "What happened?" Sawbones cheerfully replied "I just finished sewing you up! You had to get your appendix removed due to it being infected with highly concentrated irradiated water." Zalphon looked at his stomach and seen the stiches.
Zalphon stood up and put on his armor and said "Thanks, Sawbones, next time I am here, I'll clean you up." Zalphon walked out of the medical area and said to the knights that cheered as he walked "I am not a hero, I do not deserve your cheer, I am just a simple man, in the capital wasteland, trying to make his way in the world."
Zalphon looked at Elder Lyons, who said to him "Elder, I want a more...offensive position...if you could, I would like to, go on either a recon or assault mission, I know this is demanding a lot, but I can't take it just guarding the citadel." Elder Lyons raised a brow and replied "Zalphon, it just so happens, we are in dire need of food and chems, you can either go to Rivet City, Megaton, or find some food in the wastes..." Zalphon nodded "Sir, it would be an honor, to do this job..."

The enclave soldier kept shooting, but Zalphon knocked the gun out of his hand with a kick. Zalphon then punched the soldier in the face with his power fist. The Power Helmet cracked and the enclave soldier started hitting him with a deathclaw gauntlet. Zalphon felt the agony of it burning his flesh, not literally, but metaphorically, Zalphon then managed to punch the Enclave soldier in the neck snapping it.
Zalphon grabbed the unconsious spy and threw her in the Lyon's Den, and said, breathing hard "Here..." Elder Lyons said quickly "Thank you, take some rest, Zalphon..." Zalphon nodded...
Fourty-eight hours after the previous installment...
Zalphon puked up some blood in his sink, he looked at himself in the mirror and thought "The poison on the deathclaw gauntlet, it hurts..." Zalphon looked at Elder Lyons who was standing in the doorway and he said to him "Sir, I am...ill..." Elder Lyons said to Zalphon "Bad news, Paladin...we need you to stay here, as a target..." Zalphon nodded "Yes Sir."
Zalphon went to the messhall and ate mole rat meat, and drank a nuka-cola, he then went back to his quarters where he puked up more blood. He took off his helm and stared at his short black hair, and almost snow-white skin and thought "I might die..." He went to bed...
He awoke on a table, with Sawbones and his bloody saw...Zalphon looked at Sawbones and said "What happened?" Sawbones cheerfully replied "I just finished sewing you up! You had to get your appendix removed due to it being infected with highly concentrated irradiated water." Zalphon looked at his stomach and seen the stiches.
Zalphon stood up and put on his armor and said "Thanks, Sawbones, next time I am here, I'll clean you up." Zalphon walked out of the medical area and said to the knights that cheered as he walked "I am not a hero, I do not deserve your cheer, I am just a simple man, in the capital wasteland, trying to make his way in the world."
Zalphon sat in his quarters sipping Nuka-Cola, and read Nicola-Tesla and You! He got up and left his room and seen Elder Lyons who said "Zalphon, we need some sabotage done, and you are our special ops specialist. This is your job, in Raven Rock, there are some verti-birds, we need you to put these bottlecap mines in and when they try to start them, the verti-birds will be blown up." Zalphon nodded and started running...
18 hours later...Zalphon arrived, and had to use his missle launcher to to blow up the sentry bots. Zalphon then ran up to the verti-birds and placed the mines. The enclave soldiers came charging and Zalphon ran but was shot in the back of the leg, he kept going and then turned around and shot three of the four enclave soldiers, he then took aim and shot the leader, and then took a plasma rifle.
He ran to the Citadel, and then said to Elder Lyons "Task complete, Sir, when they start it in an attempt to bomb the citadel, they will die in there..." Elder Lyons replied "Excellent Work, now rest..."
Twelve hours after the previous installment...
Zalphon finished his mole rat meat steak and got up and walked away. He watched the initiates walk to the messhall. Zalphon seen Elder Lyons come up to him, and he was told "Zalphon, im picking you for a special mission, Operation Cyborg, we need you to infiltrate an Enclave base and steal the schematics for Cybernetic Soldiers." Zalphon nodded and walked out the front gate.
Eighteen hours later...
Zalphon stood outside Raven Rock, and walked in. The Enclave sharpshooter got him in the back, and he fainted instantly. Zalphon awoke in a cell, in a with a forcefield generator as a wall. He seen Captain Autumn who said to him "You filthy maggot, finally caught, this is great, your going to die in here, DIE!"
Ten years later...
Zalphon was little more than skin and bone, no fat, a lil bit of muscle, he hadn't eaten anything other than an oz. of radroach meat a week and a bottle of dirty water every 3 days. Zalphon wiped the dirt off his face and got some of the brown water and wiped his face. He puked up in the sink, and then heard an alarm, a man came down and said to him "Your free to go..." Zalphon thanked him and asked what his name was, he got the response "I am the Lone Wanderer."
Three weeks later...
Zalphon was back at the citadel, healthy once more...but the scars he got in Raven Rock would never leave, both mentally and physically... Zalphon ate the mole rat meat as if it were brahmin steak! Zalphon went to his cot and slept...and slept...
Three hours after the previous installment...
Zalphon awoke in the middle of the night, once again, the scar on his skull burned due to how many times it had been cracked, healed, cracked, and healed... He managed to get back to sleep and then he woke back up an hour later... He wondered to the Lyons Den, and seen a terminal blinking "Technical Error" so he sat down and and fixed the error and seen three things "Project Purity", "Lyon's Pride", and finally "Operation: Tech-Soldier", he clicked on "Operation: Tech-Soldier" and seen the plans...
Operation: Tech-Soldier - Send in the Lyon's Pride and its newest member, Zalphon to the Enclave base, Eagle Stone, so they can steal the technology for the new power armor, T-55B Power Armor, almost exactly similar to T-51B except it has a personal shield generator. Then send them to the Chem-Palace, Mind Jet, where they will kill the chem-addicts and steal all the chems. After that we will have them come back and inject the initiates full of chems and put them in T-55B, to make the ultimate soldier...A Tech-Soldier, however then we will have our surgeon make them a cyborg via removing their skin and muscle, and transferring it to the T-55B Power Armor, so that they are literally living suits of armor, and then we will arm them with plasma weapons and watch the Enclave crumble.
Zalphon raised his brow and went back to his bedroom and typed in his terminal "This may be my last entry, but I must stop Operation: Tech Soldier, or else those initiates are doomed to a fate of semi-robotism...I can't allow this to happen, I will stop them...even if it does mean doing something against my beliefs, temporary alliances with the enclave, to stop the Lyon's Pride...I must, the fate of the Brotherhood depends on it!
Seventy-Two hours after the previous installment...
Zalphon stood with Lyon's Pride in the Bailey. Elder Lyons said to them "Today we begin a special project, Operation: Tech-Soldier. Today you fine young men and women will be raiding the Enclave base, Eagle Stone. I wish you luck..." Sentinel Lyons saluted and said "Sir, Yes, Sir!"
Over 2 weeks later...
In the far northern reaches of Maine, they seen Eagle Stone, a giant Enclave Citadel being guarded by Sentry Bots and Enclave Hellfire Soldiers. Zalphon and the Lyon's Pride were able to kill them, but Zalphon got shot in the leg by a gatling laser blast. They got in and Zalphon said to Sentinel Lyon's "I can handle this terminal." Zalphon hacked the terminal and set the turret priority to attack "Friendlies" and "Hostiles". Zalphon seen the turret fire at its own soldiers and then Zalphon placed a well aimed shot on the targetting lens and said "Its hostile now!" The Turret shot Knight Captain Dusk, but he was ok.
Sentinel Lyons and Zalphon were the only people to make it to the computer to give the schematics to the "T-55B Power Armor" Zalphon said quickly "We can't do this, Sarah..." Sarah Lyons replied "Sentinel Lyons to you...and why not?!" Zalphon said "Because, we just can't..." Sarah had a dart shot in her neck and she was unconsious, Zalphon shot at the enclave soldiers and grabbed Sarah, he pulled her out and called in a Verti-Bird immediately.

Zalphon went to his terminal to see a blinking message "Locked" and below it "Orders of Elder Lyons..." Zalphon suited up in his power armor and went to Elder Lyons and asked "What is wrong with my terminal?" Elder Lyons responded "I sent a knight to hack it, for I had suspicions...they were correct..." Zalphon said "Elder Lyons, it was for the good of the brotherhood..." Elder Lyons said to the Lyon's Pride, take this...traitor to the prison for now...Durga can handle him..."
Zalphon followed to the prison and seen Durga glaring at him, he sat on his cot and thought "This is what I get for helping these arrogant, no-good, double-crossing, traitors!" Durga went to bed and locked the cells, little did Durga know, Zalphon had a bobbypin, which he used to pick the lock and escape with his armor, weapons, and other items...
Zalphon was alone, the Brotherhood of Steel had turned their back on him, the outcasts were too arrogant and foolish for him, he seen an Enclave camp nearby...
Zalphon walked up and said to the Enclave Officer "Are you looking for recruits?" The Enclave Officer replied "Always, just sign your name here, and we will send you to General Markus Smith's fortress..." Zalphon signed the paper, got in the vertibird, and flew to the fortress, painted on the walls of the fortress was "Raven Rock II"...
Fifteen minutes after the previous installment...
Zalphon seen the Enclave Soldiers nod, and he returned the nod, he opened the doors and seen a grand hallway, and at the end of it was President Van Richardson (yes, descendent of dike Richardson). Zalphon saluted and said "Sir, where is General Smith?" Van replied "Next room on the right, Room 3A." In the room stood a man in power armor, Tesla Power Armor, and he turned around and said "So you're the new recruit..." Zalphon nodded and said "Im ex-Brotherhood of Steel, I know there defenses..." Markus grinned and said "Excellent, Sergeant..."
Zalphon marched with several hundred other Enclave Soldiers, each clad in Tesla Armor, and armed with a Plasma Rifle. The Sentry Bot guarding the gate was blown apart... As was the paladin. When they entered the Citadel entered a state of panic, so the initiates took up arms, only to be turned to goo. The knights, then the paladins, they all fell...Finally Lyon's Pride came out and said "We won't stop..." Zalphon put a plasma bolt between Sarah's eyes and shouted "You are all under arrest, for crimes against the Enclave..." The Lyon's Pride fired, and they died the second after. Finally Elder Lyons came out and said calmly "Kill me if you will..." Elder Lyons felt a bolt of plasma burn into his chest, and he died. The Scribes were taken prisoner and forced to be Enclave Scientists.
General Markus said to Zalphon "What you have done here...is magnificent, congratulations Captain Zalphon..."
