Construction Set crashes due to dialogs?

Hey there!
I'll try to make this extra quick. There are a couple of mods I want to edit (I have the Morrowind GOTYE), and I got the bucketload of dialogue errors. I have changed my Morrowind.ini file to include allowyestoall=1. Clicking cancel does make them all go away, but it also makes the whole thing crash.
I'm running Windows XP, with the compability of CS set to windows ME\98 (just in case). It does the same thing with the compability off.

Mods that don't require either Tribunal.esm or Bloodmoon.esm load fine.
Here's the error signature I got:

AppName: tescon~1.exe AppVer: 1.3.0.1029 ModName: tescon~1.exe
ModVer: 1.3.0.1029 Offset: 000dc6b3

Thank you ;A;

Hi Hanners I hope we can help you with your questionable content problem

I just need to ask the most basic questions in order to eliminate the obvious first

When you load up the mod to begin with in the CS do you also load the esm's that the mod are dependent on - for instance if you load a mod dependent on Tribunal do you load the Tribunal esm as well?

It's best to load one mod at a time for editing so I assume you are doing that?

When you finish editing the mod do you clean the mod using something like TESAME?
