Do we live on a god?

I was reading about the planets in TES and it sounds like the we (in game of course) live on a god. I'm confused.

No. Our Characters live on the Creation of the Et'ada, or the Creation of Anu. Whatever you believe on this thing.

Yeah we do. We live on a rotting ball of meat, covered from head to toe with parasites that have hijacked their host's functions. And biggest eight are Divines.

In a way you can look at it like that. Though it's not as if there is some sort of 'Mother Earth' god going about.

What if they created a god? Not one with a single identity but one with many.

The powers also created Red Tower and the First Stone. This allowed the Mundus to exist without the full presence of the divine. In this way, the powers of Ada-mantia granted the Mundus a special kind of divinity, which is called NIRN, the consequence of variable fate. - Intercept
