a perk that makes bobby pins stronger so it takes more tries to break a bobby pin
a perk that makes you move faster (also when over encumbered)
a perk that makes food, chems and medical supplies more effective
a night vision perk (or a night vision goggle headwear or atleast a flashlight instead of the crappy pip boy light)
a seperate perk for each gun that greatly increases your dam/acc, with that specific gun only, by around 25% or minorly increases every aspect of it by 5%: dam, acc, rate of fire, (decread) reload time, range etc
instead of perks that add 5 skill points to 2 skills a perk for each skill that adds 10 points to that skill
improved animal friend perk: i think that this should also make it so mirelurks and deathclaws (not the enclave deathclaws) dont attack and make it so animals help you in fights on the first rank intsead of having to get it twice
