This is odd. I remembered that, over time, shop inventories refreshed. Perhaps I remember incorrectly. Maybe that was Oblivion, and it's just been too long. But I've been scouring the land for Fortify Magica potions... and I seem to be running out.

Is this a feature of vanilla Morrowind, or is there a mod interfering (I installed the graphics/sound overhaul, which is otherwise awesome)? Also, if I'm not an alchemist, and shop inventories do not refresh over time, is there some other way to keep myself supplied with fortify magica potions?

Hmm... it suddenly occurs to me that I could create a Fortify Magica magic item...
