Modding the 360 breaks the EULA with Microsoft and is illegal. And you can't. So theres no point talking about it.

The closest the 360 can get to modding is save file hex-editing, which is to say, nowhere near. And that breaks EULA.

Take the plunge and get Fallout 3 for PC and you'll not regret it. You can even use your Xbox controller with rumble and everything.
