I offer my apologies to anyone I may have offended.

I simply have difficulties to come to terms with those (valid!) reasons you cite there. In my opinion, it is not only the parents' right to educate their children, but also their obligation. Parents bring their children into this world, so they owe them everything - first and foremost a proper education. And that's exactly what a court should tell those parents, a minute before it refuses to try such a case. I'm not endorsing pormographic material in any way, but I resolutely refuse to become the Braghettone of Morrowind screenshots because a small group of people feel uncomfortable seeing the computer model of a highly stylized and abstracted human body. I agree that underage people need to be protected, but protection is pointless without a threat, and I simply don't see a threat in this screenshot (apart from the equally unreal depiction of misuse of power, self-righteousness, ruthlessness, hired mass murder, and crimes against humanity. But all these are both part of most everyday's news and not rated as advlt/mature content according to http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/644278-advltmature-content/ )
If US adjudication really is that prudish that successful lawsuits can arise from such obviously unreal computer graphics, it really needs to develop some sense of proportion. I find it highly unacceptable that the majority of sensible people should submit to a minority of oversensitives or - as you describe them - frustrated irresponsibles. Just my 2 cents.

Again, I'm sorry if I offended someone with my earlier statement. In no way did I intend to blame the community for this forum's rules.
