a idea to this awesome game

I have a little idea when coming to this smart system, would be awesome if it could be a Quick turn-around button on the mouse like mouse-button 4 or something. for quickly dealing with enemies from behind. thats something i think would rock :)

and don't make the grenade launcher to overpowered ;)

Why do you need a 180°-Button? Just move your mouse. Using a button does take away a lot of targeting-control. Only consoles could need it, but I think they usually have 90° turns.

True it does take away some of your control of your char but in exchange you will get a quick turn around for dealing with the foes. or at least spot the enemy before you die and can tell your friend where he/she is for extra tactical teamplay.

a quick swish of the mouse is usually enough, not gonna speak for controller since i don't play on consoles

Agree with the above, a quick twist on the wrist is enough.
On consoles i could see it being useful but i think they ran out of space with the controls on a controller, maybe the select button?

On consoles I could see this becoming very irritating. So your running forwards, and you hear the quiet sound of footsteps behind you. Hit that button, shotgun to the face.
Takes the skill out of reaction time. Even on console, if you're playing on a high enough sensitivity, quick jolt of the stick and your there. NIce thinking, but not very useful in my opinion.

On PC I deferentially see no reason for this because people like me have mouses that have the ability to increase sensitivity so I could just barely move my hand and flip around before anyone could hit a button.

XBOX.
"Turn 360° and walk away."

Sounds ok for console-users but then it may end up being something of a confusing maneuver for console-users.

Just make it happen if you move the stick really quick. That's how it works in other games, afaik.

O rly?

A 180° turn does not mean you are on target right away. That's what I was saying in my first post.

On Pc, you'd probably be able to make a bind to instant 180. However, it's an unnecessary feature, because you're stuck in an animation and the devs created even the SMART system in a way that you can still cancel every move.

Consoles would be a very bad place to implement this idea. The thumbstick is made very well, and you don't need high sensitivety to do it. I find turning around and no-scoping the person in the chest easy enough.
