Ok one of a few ideas I have concerning vats is
1 Would you like it if certain enimies could enable v.a.t.s on the player to use against them ?
2 If there was some sort of vats mode where all combat including enimies as well was in the vats interface effectively creating a friendly and familiar turn based mode the the less serious fallout fans would all ready know how to use but including ideas from fo1/2 like certain AP to open inventory mid battles and for walking/running mid battle?
