NCSoft blows

So...my Guild Wars account got banned for supposed "payment fraud", which is impossible because I have every case and every receipt for the games I've bought, and there's NOTHING ELSE TO BUY!!!! :banghead: :banghead:
I emailed them a day and a half ago, no response. :shocking:

Are you sure you contacted the right venue? That's probably why they haven't responded.

100% sure, I got an email confirming they got my email right after I sent it

If you know you are correct and are a bored student over the summer.. challenge them on it. Whynot?

NCSoft customer support is quite good actually, so long as you send them messages like an advlt everything will work out.

You seem to think differently than everyone who plays an NCSoft supported game...

I dunno...they may comply to stem such negative propaganda as this very thread.

I played Guild Wars a LOT and never had any trouble with the way NCSoft ran things.

Don't get upset until you've calmly made an attempt to rectify the situation via the proper channels. It's probably just a mistake.

I sent a very calm email to them and they haven't responded in two business days. They aren't THAT busy and it's definitely a mistake because there's nothing to effing buy that would result in payment fraud

I'm sorry you're having these problems but this isn't the right place to complain about account problems with another game. Also, phrases like "effing" are considered censor bypass, please don't use them in the future.

If you haven't heard back from them by tomorrow evening perhaps there's a number you can call? Even if they can't answer your question right then at least you know someone is looking in to it. I'd also suggest checking their site to see if there is an explanation for offenses like this, perhaps someone hijacked your account and it got locked
