I'm currently undertaking the largest Fan Fic i've ever done, I am at a standstill with the antagonists however. I am looking for dangerous, edgy, and deep characters to pursue the protagonists. They have to be exclusively dark elf, however I was thinking along the lines of Kajiit/Argonian slaves sent out to kill, or else their families will suffer. Like I said I'm at a stand still on encorperating a handful of antagonists. If you have any character ideas, feel free to pitch them; I possibly will use them in this upcoming Fan Fic.
