Do you want realistic intoxication?

This falls into the 'pointless waste of dev resources' category for me. Now this is all my opinion, but I would prefer that they work on combat, skills, weapons, armour, enemies, heroic quests, bug detection before they start including relationships, farming, families, and yes, intoxication. Have the screen go blurry, have my character pass out, fine. Don't make it a big deal. GTA4 had a great drunk mode - it was annoying and you got nothing accomplished and you just had to wait it out. The only new intoxication thing I would appreciate is being able to buy someone a beer to loosen their tongue when trying to get information. Of course, if Oblivion is anything to judge by, we won't have to worry much about talking in Skyrim...

For a mature audience, fine. Not teen.
Teens aren't supposed to be playing. (and if they are given the game by a parent, then there is nothing to fault).

**Did they announce that Skyrim was to be rated "T', and I missed it? (I hope not anyway; if that's the case, then its too bad; but also in that case, I would agree with you.)

Realism = Animations For Your Character Puking Their Guts Out.

Hah, i'm thinking along the lines of Team America style puking. That'd be awesome!

I would like the idea of blacking out and waking up somewhere else on the ground, with most of my attributes reduced.

Would have to be expanded to sickness, poisons, and basically everything that can possibly affect your stats in a negative way.

As long as the "realistic effect" is more than blurring the screen so much it makes whoever is playing sick(and at the same time you have a blurry screen, your character is running around like he isn't even affected by the stuff), then yeah. Cut down on the blurring, make the character stumble, but take race or something into it, a Nord is definitely no Lightweight.
