so.. i have recently decided to install FO2 on my PC which has recently had windows 7 installed.. now heres the problem... im installing and the background image is basically a rainbow.. i mean as pretty as it looks i would rather be looking at FO2..

anyone know what to do about this?

Just reload the game 2-3 times. It happens to me on Vista.

I got the original Fallout over the weekend. I have Windows 7 and had the same problems. I set Fallout to run under XP SP3 with 256 colors and I haven't had that issue since.
