Basically what it says in the description. I started a new character with the chargen revamped 2 mod while using GCD. In the readme it say it's fully compatible, but after I "spawned" in the location I picked, my stats remained the same and gcd didn't change them. Do I have to go anywhere in particular for these changes to be made? Do I have to wait a certain ammount of time?

With the download you should have a file with optional patches and fixes.
In addition to any normal GCD esp's you'll also have to use the CharGen Revamped delay2 plug-in.
If you have either of the expansions also use GCD StartScript for Trib or Bloodmoon.
