Ok, here it is: I have the MZ DLC installed on my 360. I have completed the 3 required sections (and taken out the generators), and have completed everything in the Maintenance Level. I got through the ambush just fine, and met up with Sally. Instead of "racing" her back to the teleporter, I went to the room with all of the First Aid Kits, and saw that Toshiro's sword was not there (no big deal, I've read). Now I'm in trouble: the teleporter pad is graphically "on", but when I go to use it, NOTHING! I've tried the following methods:

- reloading a save
- exiting to the main menu, then reloading a save
- restarting the 360, then reloading the save
- uninstalling MZ and re-downloading it
- clearing the cache

Is there another method I can try? If anyone has any ideas, please let me know, because I'm completely stuck!! AAARRRRGH!!!
