For some reason in my game i cant fast travel if i do the game will freeze. But i can do everything else does anyone know whats going on or what i could do?

First off the resident experts need to know if you're on PC or console, and if you're on PC whether you're using any mods and if so, which ones.

I play it on xbox 360.
