Saving Error : III

I was making my mod and I went to save it and an error came up saying:

'Unable to complete operation due to failure removing previous file. Temp file remains.

Continue running executable?'

Can someone please help me out with this because I can't do much until its saved!?

This is for the game, but I expect it would apply to the CS too.

So... I'm supposed to back up the file of my mod into somewhere else in the hard drive??

Make sure you have Admin control over Morrowind.
that's all you gotta do.
