I am not longer to gain access to my account, to play multiplayer. It pops up with 'Failed to verify DLC purchases, unable to load.' and 'Cannot connect to Multiplayer'

Now i had purchased the DLC's when they first came out, however over the last month, i noticed that they had disappeared, and when searching my download history they did not appear there either -.- The downloads don't even appear as an option.

If anyone has any ideas, or has had this problem and can offer useful advice i would be grateful
