I am trying to change my password, but I don't know my previous one -Using the one time login- So when I want to change my password, I get "looks like we got no XML document" in red right above text boxes. Anyone have a clue on what I can do?

"looks like we got no XML document" sounds like the mother of all internal debug messages. Deleting all gamesas.com related cookies is often helpful for board glitches here.
