Selected Perks: Repair, Survival, Melee Weapons

Selected Traits: Trigger Discipline and Heavy Handed

Weapons: Machete, 10mm, and throwing spears

Intentions: Legion, Some NCR

I agree about perks, intentions...hmm...perhaps you should consider independent as an option too, survivalists depend a lot upon themselves only.

You forgot the Survivalists Rifle!

Dead Money is the survival DLC out of the four, so it might be fun to buy that first if you haven't gotten it yet.
