They are being called smoothskins in the game, and outside the game it wouldn't make much sense.

hmmmmm, i see you added Ghouls to your FAVS along with 3-Dog.. interesting..
well last time i checked.. Ghouls are ZOMBIES. and just like ZOMBIES, I always shoot em' in the head.
except for the females.. i make em suffer.. slowly, just like the way I killed 3-Puppy.
next: Mutants.. HOOAH here we go!
