I doubt anyone can help me out, but thought I'd give it a whirl.

I'm running Morrowind, Tribunal and Bloodmoon on PC w/about 8 mods. I'm guessing one of the mods is conflicting with my leveling up, but I have no idea which one. I haven't read of such a thing happening with any of the mods.

Is there anyway I can fix this without removing mods?

This is best in the Mod Forum. Post your mod list (listed in the INI file near the bottom under [Game Files]). Someone will be able to help trouble shoot the problem.

You might also explain what, exactly, is happening differently from how it should. Are you getting the "You should rest and meditate" message but the leveling sequence doesn't happen when you rest? Or have you gotten your ten skill increases but no message? Or something else?

I'm getting the "You should rest and meditate" message.

The mods I'm using are:

Visual Pack
Better Heads
Better Bodies
Mod_Man's Window Lights
Kirel's Interior Weather Sounds
Improved No Glow
Improved Skies
Acheron's Camping Gear

There's no mod in your list that should effect leveling.
Your mod list isn't big so the sure way to find if it is a mod conflict would be securing a save then check if your issue is still there with only MW, Tribunal and BM master files active.
From there add your mods back a couple at a time until you encounter your problem.
It shouldn't take long.

Nevermind I figured it out. I turned off the auto-save feature and all is well.
