And this has to do with live actors how?

You do realize nodes ARE bones. You don't have to use skin to make a hierarchy.

I think there is only 1 way to resolve this, someone start modding

....fine ill do it, ill take the hanging iron light since that already uses constrains and put it on a piece of armor and see what happens

possibly. Saidenstorm has done some testing with this areas in oblivions engine. He tried on weapons, which work and the morph plays, but at some random point shortly after equipping the weapon he gets a crash. Always happens.

It would be worth a test on outfits imo. as it seems there is some sort of support for it. iirc creature heads aren't skinned if they have a morph, there might be one in vanilla can't remember been years since I had it installed. I don't think I have ever seen that... but that doesn't mean there isn't support for it in the engine. There are a loads of things thatt can be done but yet are unused in oblivions engine. all those recent particle controllers that recently were decoded for example.

I wish you luck! Let us know how it turns out.

Wow, we'll have armor with it's own built in light source. Awesome. No more torches for me, no sir. xD
