Most likely referring to Toronto. I think it would be pretty cool for a DLC of some kind or maybe even a full game (Doubt that though) And all Though Canada was annexed by America and was possibly not hit by bombs, that doesn't mean it hasn't felt thee effects of the war. The pitt and new vegas were not directly hit by bombs and yet they still felt thee effects. Not to mention the war and riots that had happened. Also who is to say that the Enclave or Brother hood of steel or even the NCR haven't been to Canada? It is literally right next to it and Toronto is not too far from Pittsburgh or Washington, that they couldn't just fly vertibirds there. Or maybe a whole new powerful faction that could be made up of whats left of the American and Canadian governments. (That was an idea from the other topic) As well there may also be some kind of Canadian resistance group yet another idea from the poll. Either way I think if fallout is gonna venture too far from America it should stay somewhere close like this or Mexico. There are obviously a lot of Canadian fans of Fallout being that it is north America still and there has never been a game that has taken place in Canada (At least a really big title like Fallout)
Also lets avoid big stereo types like the Canadian accents I've never heard or moose and beaver creatures.. ?_?
