I also got boots, a 2h weapon, a ring and a trinket for off spec. I'm planning on getting pvp gear soon, so those dps items will come in handy 
ICC10 has all kinds of good drops. First time I ran through on my shadow priest they gave me 5 items from the first 4 bosses. Every time I turn around I was getting a new item. If you have a caster the gunship is a great place to try and get a trinket.
Around lvl 28 Ally side I think I was doing wetlands. I remember trying to do the quests in the rebel dwarf fortress and failing magnificently. They were level 30 mobs I think. Once you clear that zone Arathi opens up and then Southshore.
