I installed the GotY edition, and when playing the game there is absolutely no dynamic lighting - everything, everywhere, is as bright as day. Any ideas on how to fix this (I've already tried reinstalling)?

Windows 7 64-bit
Intel Core 2 Duo E7300 @ 2.66ghz
4gb DDR2 Ram
ATI Radeon HD5750 512mb

EDIT: Nevermind, it somehow corrected itself.

Use the oblivion launcher to reset your graphics options to High. What you are seeing is the game detecting your video card as an old Nvidia FX model, which didn't have the proper shader support.
