i replaced (nearly) every sound from morrowind with ones from oblivion, now i have the problem that the sounds dont fade out properly. if i fire for example a spark into the sky, the sound fades out from meter to meter but at a specific range it stops abruptly (before its faded out completely). i also experience this with environment sounds like coastal wave sounds or the swamp sounds.
so i played with the sound range settings of the shockbolt sound in CS, but iam not able to understand the settings as the results where the same or the sound wasnt even there.
can someone pls explain how i can increase the range at wich sounds get stopped? there isnt a global option for that, i have to set each sound individual?
