Wrye Bash .ini Question : IV

Where is the Wrye Bash.ini located. All I can find is the "bash_default.ini" in the Mopy folder. I want to make some changes. I looked through the readme but couldn't find any info on it.

did you open that and read it? first two lines:

;--This is the generic version of Bash.ini. If you want to set values here,
; then copy this to "bash.ini" and edit as desired.

If I was Wrye I would be getting out my teeth... but I'm much more patient
