Posting to PES : III

I've been trying to upload a file to PES and I get this error

There were problems with your last operation:

Unable to change permissions on iser directory.

I'm just uploading a .rar file. What'd I do wrong?

Confirmed. It's been like this since their server maintenance last night. I've contacted APY about it, and they can't upload anything either, so they're on the case to support about it.
