Looking for some specific mods -- anyone help me find them?

After over a year since I last played, I have had an itch to get back into Fallout: New Vegas, especially now that I have some of the DLC for it now. I used to use about a dozen mods or so, stuff that, usually added more content and such to the game. Unfortunately, I no longer remember ANY of those mods, and google searches for mods generally lead me to nexus pages which, well don't exist. So I am going to let you guys know what type of mods I want (i'll try to be very specific) and I am hoping you can point me in the right direct! (I am using Nexus Mod Manager):

  • Something that adds more, preferably balanced items to the game. I used to use FOOK, however now when I actually try to install the mod, I get an error if the .esp file is selected, and I can't figure out why, even when it's the only mod installed. So anything that does the same general thing would be lovely!

  • A mod that doesn't make everyone "pretty", but kind of fixes up alot of the texture issues Fallout games tend to have, such as the skin tones not matching or the textures being awkwardly fit to a face.

  • A mod that adds more locations to the game -- or more random events that happen. One thing I have done is explored most, if not all of the wastelands. So having some new stuff to stumble across would be awesome.

  • Animation fixes would be nice. I used to use a mod that fixed third-person animations, so you didn't run like a derpy derp when you had a weapon.

  • Aesthetics mods -- for characters or for environment. I don't need entire texture overhauls that are 4GBs in size, but stuff like depth of view and such are always a nice touch.

  • I heard awhile back about an AI mod that was being developed, but I never really went with mods around that time, so I am wondering if there is a mod that helps touch up the AI, where they try to hide behind stuff, you know. Make it more realistic, rather than them thinking standing in the middle of nowhere is a good idea.

  • Any mods you guys think I should go with. I generally don't want mods that make everything stupidly broken easy, or anything that is just stupid. Generally stuff that fits in well I am willing to take a look at to see if it suits my tastes.
