I recently made a lantern in Blender and put an animated insect in it. In game the lantern stood on the ground, where I had placed it in CS and light plus animation did work fine. Next I picked it up and equiped it to my char and the lantern appeared in the small preview window. Then I returned from inventory to game and something very odd happened: The lantern just disappeared and even the icon in the inventory was completely gone.

Does anyone have an explanation for this? Has some modder eventually already released such an animated light?
