Looking at the Infernal City, we aren't going to see much in the way of Development for a while. Then again, TESV might be set 200 years in the future.

TES V should be exactly like Modern Warfare 2.

Thanks for all the replies, but I don't really think any modern genre in "fantasy" would be anything like real-life. In any case, the dwemer have already invented practically everything you can fathom as far as modern or even science fiction goes. The base foundation is already there, but you guys aren't willing to consider that so I see no point in continuing this discussion.
