My friend and I where chatting and when came up the idea of Oblivion 3000 years in the future.
The game would include kvatch rebuild and used as a museum with all the beasts of oblivion.
Most of the city's that are present in the original Oblivion would have evolved in to high-tech modern cities.
Although the deadra have returned more deadly then ever now they have evolved into deadly cyborges straight out of hell.
You will have to discover how they closed the oblivion gate in the past and with that knowledge you would have to stop the cyborg deadra from taking over the world.
They still have to use old magic from the past to hold their portals from hell, they have a new leader because there old leader: Lord Dagon is dead.
You will have to learn the ancient art of magic and use it to stop the deadra.
If u don't make it the world as u know it know will be turned into a new version of the hell and all mortals will suffer immense pain.
You will also have the option to upload your char from Oblivion. Once you do that you can see it in the history books and you will have the extra option to visit your grave and take your armour.
You will be able to use modified guns and enchant them with old magic you have learned.
You will be able to enhance your ancient armour to the most perfect suit you will ever find it, will be almost unbeatable.
The wild lands of oblivion will still be mostly forest but giant parts of it will be burned down and u will find loads of traces of old wars like destroyed planes and old tanks.
You will be able to join a sub faction, The ancient Necromancers, The Snipers, The Cyborges, Roque's, Soldiers, Berserker, and Ninja.
BUT there is peril between these groups, some have ran of in the forest and will attack anyone sight, so you wont only have to worry about deadly animals and creatures, you will have to watch your back because maybe a sniper is aiming at you, or a berserker is charging at you........
The animals who survived the taint of time and war have evolved and adapted to the humans and are more deadly then ever.

The Classes:
Snipers: You will be able do go almost complete invisible but not 100%. Some of the stronger creatures will be able to see you.
Necromancers: The Necromancers will have the abilities to raise the dead and use them to help him in his quest to close the oblivion gates. Also he will be able to svck the life out of every living thing and regain health points.
Berserkers: They favour melee weapons above ranged weapons. That's why they have a 10% damage increase with melee weapons. Also they have the power to go berserk, microchips in their brains will release an overdose of adrenaline and they will become resistant to bullets and they will move extra fast.
Cyborges: Cyborges have more health points because most of there organic parts have been replaced with cybernetics. Also they will be able to shoot further then any other class because of their cybernetic corsair.
Soldier: Soldiers are masters of shooting, because of their harsh training they have mastered any kind of gun, increasing the ranged damage of every gun. Also they can blend in with their environment making them partly invisible but not so good as snipers can. Most animals can see you only the weaker ones can't. They also have the abilities to shoot around corners because they can use there discipline and will to bend the path of the bullet.
Roque: The Roque is a master of survival and their way of living in the wild has made them more resistant against diseases and illness. Also they take less damage from beasts. They are also faster then any class and are more acrobatic then any class meaning they can run faster and jump higher.
Ninja: The Ninja class had an extreme training witch allows them to climb most of the buildings in the cities. They can use this to get on roofs and use their height to jump onto their opponent and take them out before they knew what hit them. Also they can disarm their opponent making their enemy very vurnable.
Medic: The Medic is a class with of course allows you to heal others in your team and also yourself. He also has the ability to call in help troops witch will go away when the threat isn't so big anymore. The medic also regains health when engaged in melee combat.
Magicus: Magicus have increases mana. They have put their magic powers to great use allowing them to create magical shields and control some of the deadra creatures. Their magic can also control tanks they will shoot magical beams instead of normal ammo decreasing the enemy's armour and camouflage and making them more vurnable to your guns.
Demolition Expert: The Demolition Expert has the ability to call in mortar strikes. Also they can use Rocket launchers better then other classes, increasing demolitions damage 10%. They also have trip mines and stick bombs for tanks.

The Shivering Isles
At one point in the game you have to go to the Shivering Isles to ask help from the new Sheogorath to close the gates of oblivion. He will test you to see if you are fit to wear his power to close the oblivion gates. The Realm of the new Sheogorath hassent chanced a lot because they didn't move on with the time as it is in cyrodill. Although their magic powers have increased a lot to hold out against the guns you use.

An expendable city for yourself. You can convince people to go live there. The more people live in your city the better weapons you can buy. You wil be able to buy a wall, palace for yourself and houses for your residents.
A underground shelter:
You can store your weapons and armor there and you can forge melee weapons. You will have to buy a few things like a forge, anvil, chair, bed and other things like that.
Class hideout: For every class you can buy an hideout specially fit for the class you are.
Lookout tower: You can buy a tower on the Jerral mountains with a binocular so you can see almost all of Cyrodill.
