Can anyone show me where to get Fallout 1&2 to download and play, after playing 3 I feel it is my duty to play 1&2 to experience the original master pieces.

go to gog.com they have a 20% discount for all three in a bundle all for 14.95

Finally own them all got them all for (except fallout 3) for $14.37 on gog.com If you want them and are cheep like me you have to go before monday the 27th.
