I play with full help on generally. Today I went into Elmussa Damori's house. When I examined a chest it said first that it was owned by her, but with a second line below that: "Global Ownership HHCS" As far as I can recall, I have never seen this information come up before. Any idea what it is? I assume that "HH" means "House Hlaalu" considering her connection to the quests.

Sounds like a mod I don't know. Folks over at the mod forum should be better suited to answer that. If any moderators agree with me on that, then your topic could be moved.
