Hello,

the game doesnt work properly. Most of the time the connection to the servers wont work and the list of heavy bugs is endless. Some maps doesn't even play sounds.

The game is clearly broken and i want a refund. Where can i get a contact for that? If a refund is rejected, please post the related adress so my lawyer can get in touch with the company.

Yes, SD, please provide us with another option. The patch did NOT make this game playable. And I am not made of money.

Like your really going to sue a company for these problems. Good way to look like a spoiled kid who screams when he doesnt get want he wants. Sure the game has flaws but trying to threat them with a lawsuit aint really getting you anywhere. + You need to scream at your retailer not here.

Damn kids pff. U dont even post specs or anything your just blaming the game while maybe something wrongs at your end.

the "Distance Selling Regulations" law demands the possibility of getting a refund for articles bought over the internet. so they have to give me a refund. if they refuse, then i can sue them and they have to take the costs for the lawyer when the court has decided on it. it costs me nothing, just the time to write an email to my lawyer.

Pretty sure that's still an issue between you and your retailer, not Splash Damage. Even then you still have to be in the same country. I'm under the impression they're UK based, and based soley on your "I want to sue!" stance I'm assuming your american... which kind of makes your legal argument moot.

Thankfully I understand the concept of research, and when facts are facts, and it is VERY clear that there are compatibility issues with this game and ati cards, and I have an ati card, I think its thoroughly redundant to post my spec's. I also think it's pretty ignorant of you to complain at people who have a valid reason to say what they are saying. I, and I repeat, I said that I want a refund, because spending money on something that's faulty usually warrants a refund..or at least more information on the issue at hand.
I wish I knew how to underline the use of "Damn kids"and then the use of "U dont".
Take it easy man, you're jumping to conclusions.

Dude, being condescending completely negates your point, which is clearly valid, but it's not like you know exactly how to go through a process such as trying to acquire a refund for the product, of if it's even possible to do so, but lets be realistic, people feel cheated, and want answers. Funny thing is, hardly and answers have been given, at least try to empathize, maybe you don't feel like you wasted money? maybe the game runs great for you, and in that case, I'm jealous, but that's not the case for everyone, you know?

After seeing so many threads with silly threats like the above post, it's just becomes funny. We all have bought games where we felt like it was not worth the price we've paid for it, I know I have, but i don't go around demanding a refund from the DEV themselves because my game is not properly working. Most digital purchases from Online retailers HAVE NO REFUND when purchasing a digital content. Only one I know off are related to Pre-orders only, meaning you can get a refund on your pre-order purchase before the release of said software after that your pretty much out of luck.. I suggest buying actual disk version of games from regular retailers so you can return and get a refund on your product if you don't like it or cannot get it to work.

I have a ati card and i have no problems running the game. There are multiple systems running fine but there are multiple systems that dont. And if ya read my post i dont mind complaining but your doing it in the wrong spot. This section is for posting your isseus with the game including specs so we can figure out the problem. Maybe its your system maybe its the game u never know. So its not redundant to post your specs.

You think I'M THAT STUPID that I couldn't possibly find a post with someone who has a near identical rig? with the exact same issues as me? or that I don't have a friend or personally know someone who has the game, and has the exact same issues as me?
