A question for Faces and Saves

Post » Sat May 28, 2011 6:40 am

I have an old Breton save with a face design that I liked a lot. Unfortunately I didn't think to save it before I got a ways in (and became a vampire while I was at it) and I can't reproduce it. Is there any way to take a face from an old save and transplant it into a new one? Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Assuming that you're on a PC, this is the easiest way to do it -- http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=7808.

If you're on a console, I don't think it can be done.

I haven't done this myself, but I've read that if you cure yourself of vampirism, then load an old save with the original face, then load a new save you'll get your face restored to the original appearance. Aside from that there are mods/utilities that allow faces to be imported, like Wrye Bash, if you're on the PC.

Wrye Bash has a simple to use feature for importing faces from one save to another.
