I haven't downloaded anything, I don't play online and I haven't installed the game.

My problem is that every time I try to load a file, the game freezes after only a few seconds. I bought Fallout 3 about 6 months ago, and it worked fine for maybe 5 months, but then suddenly, it didn't work. I thought it was because the disc was scratched, so I had it fixed, but it didn't work after that either, even though the disc was in great shape, so I recently bought a new one, but that doesn't work either. That disc is in good shape too, btw. I don't think there's anything wrong with my xbox, since I don't have any problem at all with any other game.

Can anyone help me with this?

DId your game freeze as it was autosaving? if so you pretty much stuck and go back to where you last saved not autosave. this has happened to me a few times
but if there is another way to get out of this plz message back
